IT Support

What is your response time for IT Services?

We have a guranteed response time that is assigned with each business that we work with and in the scope of work agreement, outside of those agreements we have a 20 Minute response time for service requests and a 1 hour on-site response time and we have a 24/7 response time for clients with that service. We a take pride in what we do and make sure we minamize downtime.

What Businesses do you work with?

We work with all sorts of businesses wether they are large or small and we give back to the community and work with non-profits as well.

Do you offer On-Site and Off-Site Support?

Do you offer support for both Windows and Mac

Yes we do we work with both Windows and Mac and have dedicated technicians that are exsperianced, trained and certified in each one. So wether your whole office is windows or mac we have you covered.

Do you offer support for Tablets?

Yes we offer support for tablets. 

Network Support 

What type of Network Support do you provide?

We provide support to manage, maintain, troubaleshoot and secure your network. We offer  24/7 support along with a dedicated technician to handle your network.  

Monitor and Maintain

We proactivley monitor and watch the networks health. We perform regular system maintnace, security issues and security updates. We make sure issues don't arrise when possible and minimize down time. 

Troubleshooting

We activly diagnosing and fixing connectivity problems, slow speeds, or system failures quickly and efficiently. We make sure your network is trouble free and working at it's peak, if an issue arries we are on it.

User Support

Users are able to submit a support ticket or call the support line and reach a live agent not a phone que and get the support they need. We provide users with support to specific issues, connection issues, software issues or resolving IP issues.

Hardware Support

What Hardware Support do you provide?

We provide hardware support that involves support for maintaing and troubaleshooting servers, computers, laptops, tablets, printers, copiers, network equipment, wifi equipment and anything else IT related moving smoothly.

Troubleshooting?

We diagnose and fix issues like slow performance, connection issues, not printing, faxing or scanning, not reconizing a device, componet failure, network hardware failure, server failure.  

Upgrades

We will upgrade your nework or IT equipment with the latest and greastest avaibale, we have many options avaibale, the options can range from more storage to faster speeds, we have the equipment to make your business efficent and productive.

Installation and Configuration

We will set-up  harware to the specifications in the scope of work you provide us and talor it to your business needs. We can set up your desktop, laptop,tablet,printers and coiper configurations to your specs. We have a deticated team to handle your installation and configuration.

VoIP and Phones

Do you offer VoIP and Phone Systems?

Yes we offer a variuety of VoIP and Phone systems tailored to your business needs, we work with sevral manufactures and phone services. 

Do you offer VoIP Equipment and Phones?

Yes we do we have several options avaibale.

What type of Access Control do you provide?

Your businesses security is our top priority and we offer a variety of access control options for your business. We have many options when it comes to access control and can build a package tailored to your businesses needs.

We offer On-Site System or Cloud Based

We offer on-site or cloud-based system, which manages and enforces polices wether digital or physical using methods like authentication, or authurization, badging, key pad, user control to protect data, applications, proprietary software or programs and un-authorized acces to company property entry, we have solutions for your business.

Do you offer Software Support?

Yes we do, we work with many diffrent software programs and applications, as-well we maintain proprietary software and programs  for clients as-well. 

Do you Sell Software?

Yes we sell diffrent types of software and user licenses.

Cabling and Wiring 

New Construction, Re-Model or Special Project

We are exsperts in the network cableing feild, we specilize in cabling installation for data and voice , complete network installation, security camera installation for the office, home office, mobile office or shop office.

Do you offer Network Rack and Panel Installation?

Yes we do, we offer Network Rack, Cable Management, Air Flow and Equioment Care, and Panel installation as well we will design and construct a system the works best for your business.

Orders and Payment

What Forms of Payment do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards, Business Checks and Cash, we don't accept personal checks or money orders. 

Do you offer lines of credit?

Yes we do offer lines of credit and they are subject to credit approval. We don't offer lines of credit to personal accounts or on-store orders if you are not a business. To place an order we require a credit card or cash.

Do you offer Net 30?

Yes we do although most businesses are already set up on payment terms. If you would like net 30 options please call and speak to an account specilast and see what terms are avaibale for your business. We don't offer net 30 to personal accounts or on-store orders if you are not a business.

Shipping and Returns 

What shipping carriers do you work with?

We ship with Fed-Ex, UPS and USPS 

What shipping speeds do you offer?

We offer Ground and Exspress Service.

What is your ship time frame?

All orders that are recived before 1PM MST ship the same business day all orders that are recived after that ship the next business day. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. All orders that are shipped to alaska and hawaii are shipped exspress.
